Mandatory: Google Drive Backup Setup

1. Click “Setup Now” to secure your data
2. Click “Click Here” and press “YES” to confirm
3. Select the Gmail account to store backup, if not logged into Chrome, Sign in and click Continue
4. Click on “Add Scheduler”
5. Select the required backup options and click Submit

Installation Guide

1. Copy and open the provided URL in Google Chrome
2. Enter the given login credentials
3. From the left panel, click “Download Setup”
4. Download the following files: Printer-Client.exe & RemoteAppClient.exe
5. Install both .exe files on the standalone system
6. From the dashboard, click “Remote Login”
7. Set Remote Login as Default

User Password Creation / Reset

1. Open the URL: https://nvcloud.in/login
2. Click on “Reset Password” and enter your Login Email ID
3. An OTP will be sent to the entered Email ID. Enter the OTP
4. Set your new password and confirm

How to download backup?

(Taking backup direct on Cloud is prohibited due to security reason, hence below stated any method can be used)

1. Please access the customer portal and locate the file manager option to download your backup.
2. You may also log in remotely and copy data from the cloud folder using the command Ctrl+C, then paste it onto your local system.
3. Additionally, you can download your data from your Google Drive.
4. Create a folder named "backup" on the C drive of your local system. Then, open Cloud Tally, set the backup path to \\tsclient\c\backup, and take the backup in TBK format.
